No master plan has been published for Purva Budigere Road. Puravankara has not released a layout, which is unsurprising: a layout normally follows RERA registration, and this project has none. This page shows nothing in its place. Substituting another project’s drawing — which is common on pre-launch sites — would put a layout in front of a buyer that has no relationship to the land being sold. What is known is the land itself: 14.57 acres at Mandur-Budigere, of which 6.65 acres was bought outright and 7.92 acres is under a joint development agreement. Tower placement, open-space share and the internal road layout are all unpublished.
